Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Veodos's Arlindo Zonta started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Arlindo Zonta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henrique Carneiro was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Trombucas FC! Juan Araújo kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the game, Amadeu Arósio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Henrique Carneiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Patrício Leal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trombucas FC's Eduardo Rossi got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henrique Carneiro came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Veodos's Amadeu Arósio. But to his dismay, Amadeu Arósio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Henrique Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeu Arósio in the 24th minute of play. When Juan Araújo fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trombucas FC's protests and gave Juan Araújo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute, Juan Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Trombucas FC booed when Veodos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Fernando de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Leonardo Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arlindo Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Carneiro having to interfere. Arlindo Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

Trombucas FC's Henrique Carneiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Trombucas FC from getting a goal against them. 53 minutes into the match, Trombucas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arlindo Zonta came free, but Henrique Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christiano Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrício Leal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Trombucas FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arlindo Zonta fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Juan Araújo kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After 60 minutes of play, Veodos's Amadeu Arósio made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrique Carneiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Veodos booed when Trombucas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Araújo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amadeu Arósio struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Henrique Carneiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veodos. In the 67thth minute of the game Arlindo Zonta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trombucas FC's Henrique Carneiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 67th minute, Juan Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrique Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arlindo Zonta in the 70th minute of the match. Trombucas FC's Henrique Carneiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Trombucas FC from getting a goal against them. After 78 minutes of play, Veodos's Amadeu Arósio made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Fernando de Almeida during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amadeu Arósio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Carneiro having to interfere.
