Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alfredo Nóbrega got the match started through his kick off. Sidney Couto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mauro Mumbach having to make a save. Oswaldo Linhares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caio Prado having to interfere. Titaras AD's Caio Prado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Nóbrega in the 8th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Alfredo Nóbrega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mauro Mumbach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luizinho Barreto in the 15th minute of play. Sidney Couto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Mauro Mumbach made a huge save. Mauro Mumbach made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Sidney Couto sent off a good shot on target. Sidney Couto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Mauro Mumbach skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 33rd minute Luizinho Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Mumbach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrique Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Luizinho Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Mumbach having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Luizinho Barreto made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Japiuba SS booed when Titaras AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Linhares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredo Nóbrega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Caio Prado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sidney Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sidney Couto struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Mauro Mumbach didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Titaras AD. After 83 played minutes Titaras AD got a freekick which was hit by Sabino Quadros. Alfredo Nóbrega blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caio Prado having to make a save. When Alfredo Nóbrega came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Japiuba SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Nóbrega couldn't finish the play. Japiuba SS's Mauro Mumbach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizinho Barreto in the 94th minute of play.
