Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gilberto Nóbrega took the kick off in the first half of the match. Itapirussu's Edu Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Almir Cunha in the 7th minute of play. Berkem Sungurbay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edu Couto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Almir Cunha struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Edu Couto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for zuando. In the 16th minute of the match Emerson Toledo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edu Couto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luiz Eduardo Motta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albertinho Mazza went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Edu Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berkem Sungurbay, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Zé Paulo de Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Itapirussu's protests and gave Zé Paulo de Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Itapirussu getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Zé Paulo de Amaral hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, zuando's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paulo de Amaral came free, but Luiz Eduardo Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesinha Prado in the 32nd minute of play forced Itapirussu's goalkeeper Edu Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berkem Sungurbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edu Couto having to interfere. Pedrão Eger took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Eduardo Motta. Luiz Eduardo Motta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, zuando's Cesinha Prado got a free kick in the 41st minute. Igor Barros lost his temper 44 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for zuando! Sérgio Mendonça shot the penalty kick right outside the post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Berkem Sungurbay made the kick off in the second half. Luiz Eduardo Motta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Paulo de Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. The audience was convinced that Albertinho Mazza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Eduardo Motta was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Emerson Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edu Couto having to interfere. Luiz Gustavo Carneiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edu Couto having to make a save. Luiz Gustavo Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edu Couto having to interfere. Abelardo Simões took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luiz Eduardo Motta. zuando's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, zuando's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Nóbrega came free, but Luiz Eduardo Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Luiz Gustavo Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. zuando's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Gustavo Carneiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edu Couto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gilberto Nóbrega scored 3-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Eduardo Motta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Berkem Sungurbay got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 84 played minutes Itapirussu got a freekick which was hit by Pedrão Eger. The supporters of Itapirussu booed when zuando was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesinha Prado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albertinho Mazza took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Eduardo Motta. Luiz Eduardo Motta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Luiz Eduardo Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Nóbrega in the 92nd minute of the match.
