Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mazinho Brodel started the match with the kick off. Benedito Paraibano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Hélder Meirelles made a huge save. If Enio Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Munde AD's Hélder Meirelles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedito Paraibano in the 6th minute of play. The Munde AD fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Munde AD's Mazinho Brodel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Geovani Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder Meirelles having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Enio Hoffmann reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hélder Meirelles. The goal made the score 1-1. 21 minutes into the game, Chicão Carneiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Munde AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itororo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Munde AD's Chicão Carneiro got a free kick in the 21st minute. Bernardinho Cruz hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. A collision led to Munde AD getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Ediberto Fernandez hit a great ball. Hélder Meirelles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enio Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Benedito Paraibano came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Itororo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedito Paraibano couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benedito Paraibano made a kick off. When Davi Varela fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Munde AD's protests and gave Davi Varela a yellow card for diving instead. 58 minutes into the match, Munde AD's goal looked a bit too open when Benedito Paraibano came free, but Hélder Meirelles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rdth minute of the game Benedito Paraibano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Munde AD's Hélder Meirelles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Itororo's goalkeeper Eduardo Penha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enio Hoffmann in the 72nd minute of play forced Munde AD's goalkeeper Hélder Meirelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduardo Penha was a little too slow when Davi Varela got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-2. Eduardo Penha was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Carlinhos Mumbach capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Carlinhos Mumbach really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Geovani Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Munde AD's Davi Varela got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Davi Varela off the ground. Davi Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After having played for 93 minutes, Benedito Paraibano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itororo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedito Paraibano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Benedito Paraibano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
