After 7 minutes of play, Craque Neto FC's Aloísio de Toledo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vito Lira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fiori Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 15th minute, Slatern's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aloísio de Toledo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Richard Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Vito Lira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vito Lira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Agostinho Teixeira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. Vito Lira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fiori Vidal in the 27th minute of play. Agostinho Teixeira hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 30 played minutes Slatern got a freekick which was hit by Tales Reis. Vito Lira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Paranaense in the 31st minute of play. After some careless play in the Slatern defense, Agostinho Teixeira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vito Lira. The Slatern fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vito Lira should have stopped the shot. If Fiori Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fiori Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Vito Lira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Slatern's Vito Lira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agostinho Teixeira in the 42nd minute of play. Richard Paranaense struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Vito Lira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Craque Neto FC. Fiori Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aloísio de Toledo was the one to do the kick off. Vito Lira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aloísio de Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Paranaense struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Vito Lira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Craque Neto FC. 62 minutes into the game, Craque Neto FC's Fiori Vidal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vito Lira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aloísio de Toledo in the 68th minute of play forced Slatern's goalkeeper Vito Lira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vito Lira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Paranaense in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Richard Paranaense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Craque Neto FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Vito Lira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adhemar Albuquerque was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 81 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Fiori Vidal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Craque Neto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fiori Vidal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vito Lira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 91 played minutes Slatern got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fabiano Tasso. Duarte Lira might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vito Lira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Duarte Lira ran back to his position shaking his head. 97 minutes into the match, Slatern's goal looked a bit too open when Fiori Vidal came free, but Vito Lira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Breno Figueiredo came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Craque Neto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Breno Figueiredo couldn't finish the play. Craque Neto FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
