Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luisão Cruz started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Luisão Cruz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Murilo Lima was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. When Baltazar Moreno came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Sibéria F. C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltazar Moreno couldn't finish the play. After 15 minutes, Luisão Cruz made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sibéria F. C.'s Murilo Lima tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute, Amílton Batista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 29 minutes, Maurinho Macedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sibéria F. C. and the Tibaji EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute of the match Sérgio Mendes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Murilo Lima skillfully saved the ball. 32 minutes in the game, Amílton Batista fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cipriano Monteiro having to interfere. Murilo Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisão Cruz in the 34th minute of play. If Baltazar Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 38th minute Amílton Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murilo Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisão Cruz in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amílton Batista stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Baltazar Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Baltazar Moreno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Amílton Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felippe de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murilo Lima having to interfere. In the 68th minute of the match, Felippe de Senna got a very nice opportunity to score, but Murilo Lima was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Felippe de Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 0-2 became the score in the 90th minute when Luisão Cruz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Tibaji EC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tibaji EC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
