Benedito Novaes hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes Arcade FC got a freekick which was hit by Jardel Teixeira. Larga SS's Natanael Nascimento couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 20th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arcade FC. Charles Matos might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dorival Macedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Charles Matos ran back to his position shaking his head. 28 minutes in the game, Jacinto Macedo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dorival Macedo having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Ronaldo Viana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacinto Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Duarte Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Duarte Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charles Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Charles Matos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorival Macedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charles Matos to make the kick off. If Duarte Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charles Matos in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dorival Macedo saved Arcade FC from getting behind. In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for Larga SS. Natanael Nascimento stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dorival Macedo. 2-0. Natanael Sousa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Renan Chaves firmly grabbed it by the left post. Duarte Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renan Chaves having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Benedito Novaes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Arcade FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Deivid Trevisan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Arcade FC's zone, Jacinto Macedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorival Macedo came out of the goal and Jacinto Macedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charles Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Fernando Berger's late challenge caught a Larga SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Fernando Berger helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Arcade FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Luiz Fernando Berger hit a great ball. Benedito Novaes, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ronaldo Viana's late challenge caught a Larga SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ronaldo Viana helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Larga SS booed when Arcade FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldo Viana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Jacinto Macedo made a precise shot to the right of Dorival Macedo. Arcade FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. When Ronaldo Viana came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Arcade FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldo Viana couldn't finish the play. Duarte Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Larga SS had won after a very even match.
