Gilmar Romero's late challenge caught a Itati SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilmar Romero helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naldo Eger in the 25th minute of play forced Capiruapiva's goalkeeper Wiliam Marquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Capiruapiva's Wiliam Marquez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Capiruapiva from getting a goal against them. Wiliam Marquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrão Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
