Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Maurício Siqueira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Irundiara's Richard Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Leão in the 3rd minute of play. Décio Motta made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Enrique Negri sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute Giuseppe Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeronimo EC's Décio Motta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Jeronimo EC from getting a goal against them. In the 16th minute, Enrique Negri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 17 minutes, Jairo Perez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jeronimo EC and the Irundiara players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute, Jairo Perez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Negri got free with Décio Motta in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maurício Siqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Maurício Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giuseppe Leão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard Messias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Maurício Siqueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Décio Motta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Jeronimo EC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Paulinho Ferreira hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Irundiara's Maurício Siqueira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Décio Motta. That made the score 1-0 after 45 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fiori Amaral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Décio Motta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurício Siqueira's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Giuseppe Leão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Richard Messias made a huge save. When Irundiara's Maurício Siqueira in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jeronimo EC's goalie prevented a goal. Décio Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício Siqueira in the 65th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Maurício Siqueira put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Décio Motta. 73 minutes into the match, Maurício Siqueira notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Jeronimo EC's Décio Motta. Décio Motta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Irundiara's zone, Fiori Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Messias came out of the goal and Fiori Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Irundiara defense, Paulinho Ferreira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Richard Messias. The Irundiara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Richard Messias should have stopped the shot. If Maurício Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Maurício Siqueira sped through Jeronimo EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Décio Motta. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Irundiara fully deserved thier win.
