Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gugu Arruda started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Meira during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th minute, Alex Meira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastião Hermes came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and João Francisco Breckenfeld could save by the left post. In the 15thth minute of the game Gugu Arruda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vilha Rela FC's João Francisco Breckenfeld was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wágner Quintal in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Percy Catarinense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 21 played minutes Cuyaba got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Baiano. Wágner Quintal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Percy Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29th play minutes Caco Garcia shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Percy Catarinense and just under the crossbar into goal. Wágner Quintal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Percy Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caco Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gugu Arruda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Francisco Breckenfeld made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastião Hermes in the 40th minute. Sebastião Hermes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Vilha Rela FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Caco Garcia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Caco Garcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Percy Catarinense was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 59th minute, Caco Garcia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Percy Catarinense. The goal made the score 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Cuyaba's zone, Wágner Quintal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Percy Catarinense came out of the goal and Wágner Quintal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute, Wágner Quintal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Percy Catarinense was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The long shot by Luís Eduardo Montenegro in the 75th minute really tested Percy Catarinense's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Cuyaba's goalkeeper Percy Catarinense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wágner Quintal. The Vilha Rela FC fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Vilha Rela FC's Marcel Rocha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 89 minutes into the match, Cuyaba's goalkeeper Percy Catarinense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wágner Quintal. If Wágner Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 played minutes Caco Garcia rounded Cuyaba's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. Caco Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vilha Rela FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
