In the 9thth minute of the game Ulisses Félix who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dionisius Esporte Clube's 袁昂广 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 袁昂广 came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by SaltoCity F.C's Igor Xavier. But to his dismay, Igor Xavier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Dionisius Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Ulisses Félix came free, but 袁昂广 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Dionisius Esporte Clube defense, Zeca Palmeira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 袁昂广. The Dionisius Esporte Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 袁昂广 should have stopped the shot. In the 21st minute, Zeca Palmeira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SaltoCity F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. In the 26th minute Leopoldo Cordeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gil Marinho made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Romeu Prestes sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute, Igor Mattos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 袁昂广 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeca Palmeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. With a little luck, SaltoCity F.C's Gil Marinho got control of the ball when Romeu Prestes tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as João Carlos Quirino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving 袁昂广. That made the score 0-7 in the 80 minute of play. Dionisius Esporte Clube's 袁昂广 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Dionisius Esporte Clube from getting a goal against them. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulisses Félix couldn't finish the play. After 96 played minutes Zeca Palmeira rounded Dionisius Esporte Clube's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-9. The Dionisius Esporte Clube fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SaltoCity F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
