Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Maurinho Queiroz got the match started through his kick off. When Erik Travassos fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Matapi's protests and gave Erik Travassos a yellow card for diving instead. After 2 played minutes Matapi got a freekick which was hit by Erik Travassos. After some careless play in the Matapi defense, Nestor Batista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Telmo Arantes. The Matapi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Telmo Arantes should have stopped the shot. Bolao FC's Thiago Ramalho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Bolao FC from getting a goal against them. Maurinho Queiroz struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Telmo Arantes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolao FC. Matapi's Telmo Arantes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurinho Queiroz in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Bolao FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ronaldinho Antunes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 30th minute of the match, Ronaldinho Antunes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Thiago Ramalho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Maurinho Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Telmo Arantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronaldinho Antunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Thiago Ramalho made a huge save. Custódio Machado's late challenge caught a Matapi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Custódio Machado helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Matapi booed when Bolao FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Custódio Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thiago Ramalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronaldinho Antunes in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kléberson Porto made a kick off. Maurinho Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Telmo Arantes having to interfere. Hugo Ramalho hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Maurinho Queiroz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nestor Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Telmo Arantes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Custódio Machado showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 69 minute of play. Matapi's Telmo Arantes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Matapi from getting a goal against them. Kléberson Porto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Ramalho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Ronaldinho Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Ramalho having to interfere. Bolao FC's Custódio Machado got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Custódio Machado off the ground. The supporters of Matapi booed when Bolao FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Custódio Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Alberto Secco charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Alberto Secco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Matapi getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Carlos Alberto Secco hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Bolao FC's Hugo Ramalho tried to score from far away in the 83rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Nestor Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Telmo Arantes having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Matapi got a freekick which was hit by Erik Travassos. Hugo Ramalho took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Telmo Arantes. Matapi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Matapi fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bolao FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
