Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vito Veloso got the match started through his kick off. After 2 played minutes Alta got a freekick which was hit by Juvenal Fonseca. Vito Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elói Vaz having to interfere. Elói Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vito Veloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Alta defense, Vito Veloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elói Vaz. The Alta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elói Vaz should have stopped the shot. Juvenal Fonseca succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 17th playminute. Valdir do Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Gil Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Chiquinho dos Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. César Passos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Elói Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Alta's zone, Vito Veloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elói Vaz came out of the goal and Vito Veloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. César Passos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If César Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Vito Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Divyne fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Vito Veloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elói Vaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alta's Elói Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chiquinho dos Santos in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valdir do Valle to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Divyne fc's goal looked a bit too open when Juvenal Fonseca came free, but Gil Passos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Passos came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Alta's Juvenal Fonseca. But to his dismay, Juvenal Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Elói Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vito Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Elói Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito Veloso in the 60th minute of play. Chiquinho dos Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 67th minute Valdir do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Passos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Juvenal Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Gil Passos. Divyne fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Juvenal Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdir do Valle in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gil Passos saved Divyne fc from getting behind. Juvenal Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th match minute, Alta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Torres to maneuver through the defense. Chiquinho dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vito Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Elói Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vito Veloso kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Juvenal Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil Passos having to interfere. When Alta's Juvenal Fonseca in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Divyne fc's goalie prevented a goal. 88 minutes into the match, Alta's goal looked a bit too open when Vito Veloso came free, but Elói Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo Meirelles took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gil Passos. Divyne fc's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vito Veloso struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Elói Vaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Divyne fc. In the 94th minute, Flávio do Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Alta were victorious despite being under pressure from Divyne fc for much of the match.
