Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Patizal SC's Laércio Hames started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Patizal SC got a freekick which was hit by Hélder Donato. Jairo Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Laércio Hames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Luiz França having to interfere. If Laércio Hames had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the game, Laércio Hames recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of André Luiz França. Laércio Hames showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Laércio Hames's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but André Luiz França was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. André Luiz França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laércio Hames in the 41st minute of the match. Roger Damião received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. André Luiz França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Álvaro Figueiredo was the one to do the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Laércio Hames who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monte Crysto's André Luiz França was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. André Luiz França didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hélder Donato went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When Laércio Hames came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Patizal SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laércio Hames couldn't finish the play. After 66 minutes Monte Crysto's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Juninho Tasso who took care of the corner kick. Patizal SC's Juninho Tasso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but André Luiz França in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laércio Hames in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Luiz França saved Monte Crysto from getting behind. In the 73rd minute, Álvaro Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laércio Hames scored 3-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Luiz França, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Jairo Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monte Crysto's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Souza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafa Mello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Laércio Hames had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Luiz França showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laércio Hames, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. If Roger Damião had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patizal SC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Monte Crysto for a fine match.
