With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laércio Hames in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Pedro da Fonseca saved FC DIAS from getting behind. When Marquinhos Trigo came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the FC DIAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marquinhos Trigo couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, FC DIAS's Marquinhos Trigo got a free kick in the 6th minute. Patizal SC's Roger Damião got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laércio Hames scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Pedro da Fonseca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laércio Hames in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Pedro da Fonseca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC DIAS's goalkeeper João Pedro da Fonseca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Roger Damião struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. João Pedro da Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patizal SC. Rafa Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquinhos Trigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 28 minutes of play, FC DIAS's Marquinhos Trigo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafa Mello was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 31 played minutes FC DIAS got a freekick which was hit by Tomé Meirelles. Marquinhos Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 37 minutes of play, Patizal SC's Laércio Hames made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Pedro da Fonseca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rafa Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquinhos Trigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Patizal SC's Rafa Mello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Patizal SC from getting a goal against them. The FC DIAS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Patizal SC were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Laércio Hames made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Patizal SC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Benedito Sena hit a great ball. Rafa Mello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquinhos Trigo in the 61st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Roger Damião kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving João Pedro da Fonseca. That made the score 1-3 in the 66 minute of play. In the 70th minute, Laércio Hames fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Laércio Hames, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 72 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The João Pedro da Fonseca was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC DIAS's Tomé Meirelles got a free kick in the 73rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Laércio Hames kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving João Pedro da Fonseca. That made the score 1-4 in the 75 minute of play. In the 78th minute Laércio Hames shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Pedro da Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute Renato Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafa Mello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renato Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th match minute, FC DIAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel de Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Patizal SC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
