Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leonel Peres started the match with the kick off. Juan Mangueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marco Rodrigues stood somewhat misplaced when Tadeusz Zerde came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 7 minute. Vinícius Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Osmar Veloso kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tadeusz Zerde in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Rodrigues prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 22 minutes, Osmar Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eugenopolis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osmar Veloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24th match minute, Eugenopolis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristóvão Prado to maneuver through the defense. Juan Mangueira struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Marco Rodrigues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Twilight Town FC. With a little luck, Eugenopolis's Marco Rodrigues got control of the ball when Robinho Varela tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute, Jonathan Freitas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vinícius Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vinícius Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Prado, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Tadeusz Zerde who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Marco Rodrigues when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 38 minutes into the match, Augusto Rodrigues had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vinícius Couto. Twilight Town FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Rodrigues was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. With his leg Marco Rodrigues managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Twilight Town FC's Tadeusz Zerde fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 44th minute, Jonathan Freitas made a precise shot to the right of Vinícius Couto. Twilight Town FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tadeusz Zerde was the one to do the kick off. If Tadeusz Zerde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenopolis's Marco Rodrigues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldinho França in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Eugenopolis's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeusz Zerde came free, but Marco Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Rodrigues came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Twilight Town FC's Ezequiel Rossi. But to his dismay, Ezequiel Rossi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 66thth minute of the game Tadeusz Zerde who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eugenopolis's Marco Rodrigues was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vinícius Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Rodrigues in the 68th minute of the match. Robinho Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Rodrigues succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 70th playminute. Twilight Town FC's Tadeusz Zerde got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Ezequiel Rossi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ronaldinho França fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Rodrigues having to interfere. Aleandro Guerra's late challenge caught a Twilight Town FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aleandro Guerra helped the player get up and apologised. Aleandro Guerra kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle went the supporters of Eugenopolis were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Twilight Town FC side.
