Arí Coelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 3rd minute Kaká Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felice Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 6 in the game by Juarês Cordeiro from a close distance when the talented Fernando Urbano managed to make a qualified save. Luciano's players were relieved. 7 minutes into the match, Noel Salgado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felice Maia. Sanca Futebol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Noel Salgado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Juarês Cordeiros short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Fernando Urbano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leandro de Lara charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leandro de Lara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes Luciano got a freekick which was hit by Leandro de Lara. After 34 played minutes Sanca Futebol got a freekick which was hit by Arí Coelho. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juarês Cordeiro got free with Fernando Urbano in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jarbas de Souza struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Fernando Urbano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sanca Futebol. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juarês Cordeiro in the 44th minute of play forced Luciano's goalkeeper Fernando Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sanca Futebol's Juarês Cordeiro was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 46th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaká Gonçalves was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betão Paranaense in the 54th minute of play forced Luciano's goalkeeper Fernando Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56thth minute of the game Juarês Cordeiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Luciano's Fernando Urbano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Juarês Cordeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Fernando Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raimundo Saraiva took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fernando Urbano. Luciano's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fernando Urbano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arí Coelho went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Felice Maia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaká Gonçalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jarbas de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juarês Cordeiro in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernando Urbano saved Luciano from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juarês Cordeiro in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Urbano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiago Leme during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 97 played minutes Sanca Futebol got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Leme. When the referee ended the match the Sanca Futebol players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
