Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frédson Abreu kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Juarês Cordeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enio Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juarês Cordeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enio Hoffmann having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Clóvis Recife cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Felice Maia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Clóvis Recife kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Juarês Cordeiro in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Enio Hoffmann, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 24th minute Frédson Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felice Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Juarês Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 26th match minute, Batateira AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hílton Esteves to maneuver through the defense. Enio Hoffmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juarês Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Jarbas de Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juarês Cordeiro in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enio Hoffmann saved Batateira AD from getting behind. Jarbas de Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juarês Cordeiro struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Enio Hoffmann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sanca Futebol. 43 minutes into the game, Hílton Esteves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Batateira AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanca Futebol the free kick. A collision led to Batateira AD getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Hílton Esteves hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Batateira AD defense, Juarês Cordeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enio Hoffmann. The Batateira AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enio Hoffmann should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After 55 played minutes Sanca Futebol got a freekick which was hit by Jarbas de Souza. 61 minutes into the match, Sanca Futebol's goalkeeper Felice Maia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clóvis Recife. When Juarês Cordeiro came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Sanca Futebol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juarês Cordeiro couldn't finish the play. Juarês Cordeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clóvis Recife could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Felice Maia made a huge save. In the 79th minute, Zé Roberto Arósio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Juarês Cordeiro made a precise shot to the right of Enio Hoffmann. Batateira AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 86 minutes into the game, Pedro Augusto Nascimento recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Felice Maia. Pedro Augusto Nascimento showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. In the 89th match minute, Sanca Futebol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute Frédson Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felice Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sanca Futebol's Raimundo Saraiva got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sanca Futebol's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
