Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edmílson Bittencourt got the match started through his kick off. The Wyvern E.C.F. fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Wyvern E.C.F.'s Mathias Abreu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rômulo Valle took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rômulo Galvão. Rômulo Galvão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Mathias Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dudu Ferreira hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Abreu in the 15th minute of play forced Caetetuba's goalkeeper Paulo Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dida Mesquita's late challenge caught a Wyvern E.C.F.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dida Mesquita helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Caetetuba getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Dida Mesquita hit a great ball. With a little luck, Wyvern E.C.F.'s Rômulo Galvão got control of the ball when Rômulo Valle tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rômulo Valle got free with Rômulo Galvão in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rômulo Galvão was a little too slow when Edmílson Bittencourt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Vítor Nascimento in the 46th minute of play forced Caetetuba's goalkeeper Paulo Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Vítor Nascimento was the one to do the kick off. Paulo Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Vítor Nascimento in the 52nd minute of the match. Mathias Abreu struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Paulo Leme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wyvern E.C.F.. If Mathias Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Caetetuba getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Silvinho Nogueira hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Wyvern E.C.F.'s Durval Romero tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 62 played minutes Caetetuba got a freekick which was hit by Dudu Ferreira. Mathias Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Leme having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Caetetuba's goal looked a bit too open when José Vítor Nascimento came free, but Paulo Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvinho Nogueira charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvinho Nogueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of Caetetuba:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Wyvern E.C.F.:s goal. Caetetuba:s Paulo Leme showed great skill when he stopped Durval Romero:s penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Caetetuba's zone, Durval Romero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Leme came out of the goal and Durval Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mathias Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Paulo Leme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When José Vítor Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Wyvern E.C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Vítor Nascimento couldn't finish the play. Rômulo Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute Edmílson Bittencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rômulo Galvão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Vítor Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mathias Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Leme having to interfere. If Rômulo Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edmílson Bittencourt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Rômulo Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caetetuba were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Wyvern E.C.F. for a fine match.
