Taboleiro SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geraldo Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Belchior Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Simões in the 32nd minute of play. Belchior Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Simões in the 42nd minute of the match. Belchior Brasil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Simões's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Simões to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55thth minute of the game Lucas Hames who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anaje SS's Ronaldão Marquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Gustavo Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anaje SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustavo Neves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Otávio Tasso fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taboleiro SC's protests and gave Otávio Tasso a yellow card for diving instead. Otávio Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Taboleiro SC's Belchior Brasil got control of the ball when Sandro Senna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Belchior Brasil successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 91 minutes into the match, Anaje SS's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Hames came free, but Ronaldão Marquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Hames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldão Marquez having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Charles de Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belchior Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Taboleiro SC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
