Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hugo da Mata made the kick off which started today's match. Emílio Goiano charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emílio Goiano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th match minute, Frecheiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio Goiano to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Frecheiras's goal looked a bit too open when Geraldo Azevedo came free, but Joel Mineiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Arthur Xavier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Frecheiras's supporters rose to their feet, but Arthur Xavier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Belchior Brasil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frecheiras's Joel Mineiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geraldo Azevedo in the 13th minute of play. In the 14thth minute of the game Geraldo Azevedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frecheiras's Joel Mineiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Frecheiras's Oséias Varela got a free kick in the 15th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Frecheiras's Hugo da Mata sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Belchior Brasil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot 21 in the game by Arthur Xavier from a close distance when the talented Belchior Brasil managed to make a qualified save. Taboleiro SC's players were relieved. Belchior Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo da Mata, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Arthur Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geraldo Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Mineiro having to interfere. Geraldo Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Geraldo Azevedo made a kick off. Lucas Hames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Mineiro having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Taboleiro SC's zone, Arthur Xavier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Belchior Brasil came out of the goal and Arthur Xavier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Arthur Xavier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Belchior Brasil was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Charles de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Hermínio Souto sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Taboleiro SC's Belchior Brasil didn't even have to move. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo da Mata in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Belchior Brasil saved Taboleiro SC from getting behind. After 75 minutes, Duarte Branco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Taboleiro SC and the Frecheiras players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 76 played minutes Taboleiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Branco. In the 78th minute, Oséias Varela sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Taboleiro SC's Belchior Brasil didn't even have to move. Luís Paulo Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Téo Toledo hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arthur Xavier in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Belchior Brasil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Belchior Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Xavier in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th match minute, Frecheiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerônimo Macedo to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Arthur Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belchior Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arthur Xavier scored 1-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Belchior Brasil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arthur Xavier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Frecheiras fans cheered their team off the field, for while Taboleiro SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
