Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eurico Pombal kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Perdoes FC's Valdemar Paraibano got a free kick in the 2nd minute. It was beautiful to see Nobres's Hamílton Magalhães in action when he in the 4th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! A collision led to Perdoes FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Valdemar Paraibano hit a great ball. Dênis Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Magno Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eurico Pombal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the game, Nobres's Silvinho Araújo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dênis Marinho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Valdir Palmeira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Magno Quadros having to make a save. After some careless play in the Perdoes FC defense, Alessandro Moura kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dênis Marinho. The Perdoes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dênis Marinho should have stopped the shot. Elói Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Décio de Almeida hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 29th match minute, Nobres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fellipe Moraes to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvinho Araújo in the 39th minute of play forced Perdoes FC's goalkeeper Dênis Marinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magno Quadros was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Elói Arce capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Elói Arce really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdir Palmeira got free with Magno Quadros in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Alessandro Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 2-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvinho Araújo was the one to do the kick off. Décio de Almeida hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Alessandro Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dênis Marinho having to interfere. 58 minutes into the game, Elder Toscano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nobres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Perdoes FC the free kick. After 59 played minutes Nobres got a freekick which was hit by Elder Toscano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdir Palmeira in the 61st minute of play forced Nobres's goalkeeper Magno Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Perdoes FC's attack was well implemented in the 67th minute, but when Valdir Palmeira was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. With his leg Dênis Marinho managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Nobres's Alessandro Moura fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Nobres booed when Perdoes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elói Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dênis Marinho had great luck who in the 75thth minute grab hold of the ball when Silvinho Araújo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 76th minute, Silvinho Araújo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dênis Marinho. The goal made the score 2-5. Silvinho Araújo struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Dênis Marinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nobres. Magno Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdir Palmeira in the 83rd minute of play. When Alessandro Moura came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Nobres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessandro Moura couldn't finish the play. Dênis Marinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessandro Moura in the 93rd minute. Magno Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdir Palmeira in the 96th minute of play.
