Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Malheiro's Toninho Barros started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lucas Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Time do Budão's goal looked a bit too open when Glauco Donato came free, but Váldson Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toninho Barros might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Váldson Braga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Toninho Barros ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Andrézinho Negri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Time do Budão's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrézinho Negri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kiko Fernandes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kiko Fernandes came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Time do Budão's Jairo Freitas. But to his dismay, Jairo Freitas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 24 minutes into the match, Jairo Freitas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kiko Fernandes. Malheiro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jairo Freitas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Toninho Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 played minutes Time do Budão got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Macedo. When Toninho Barros came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Malheiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toninho Barros couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Jairo Freitas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kiko Fernandes was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. 38 minutes into the match, Lucas Macedo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kiko Fernandes, 3-0. Andrézinho Negri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kiko Fernandes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. If Andrézinho Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malheiro's Isaltino Alcântara managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Artur Campidelis in the 46 minute of the game. In the 47th minute Glauco Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Váldson Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
Kiko Fernandes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jairo Freitas went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Glauco Donato took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Váldson Braga. Váldson Braga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 66 minutes into the game, Jairo Freitas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Kiko Fernandes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 72 minutes, Jairo Freitas made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Malheiro's Kiko Fernandes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 75 minutes into the match, Time do Budão's goal looked a bit too open when Toninho Barros came free, but Váldson Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Gilmar Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Andrézinho Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Time do Budão's goal looked a bit too open when Toninho Barros came free, but Váldson Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Time do Budão's Jairo Freitas got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jairo Freitas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaltino Alcântara took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Váldson Braga. Time do Budão's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Glauco Donato blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Váldson Braga having to make a save. Time do Budão's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
