Giuseppe Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Natã Guedes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Eduardo de Barros in the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Se Prejudique FC's Alan Magalhães got a free kick in the 12th minute. With his leg Amauri de Senna managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Cipoal's Luís Fernando Leite fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A nice corner shot did that Delfim Montenegro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Amauri de Senna quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 17 minutes into the match, Cipoal's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Eduardo de Barros came free, but Natã Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Fernando Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Giuseppe Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Natã Guedes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Eduardo de Barros's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Se Prejudique FC's Giuseppe Schmidt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Natã Guedes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Natã Guedes came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Se Prejudique FC's Giuseppe Schmidt. But to his dismay, Giuseppe Schmidt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 36 minutes into the match, Dadá Britto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Natã Guedes. Cipoal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dadá Britto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Luís Fernando Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Doriva Aparecido fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Se Prejudique FC's protests and gave Doriva Aparecido a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cipoal booed when Se Prejudique FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doriva Aparecido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Natã Guedes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giuseppe Schmidt in the 47th minute of play.

Roger Paiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Dadá Britto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Se Prejudique FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dadá Britto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Natã Guedes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the game, Giuseppe Schmidt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Natã Guedes. Giuseppe Schmidt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 76th minute, one of Cipoal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cipoal. Luiz Fábio de Toledo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. When Luís Eduardo de Barros came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Se Prejudique FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Eduardo de Barros couldn't finish the play. Natã Guedes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Eduardo de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Luís Fernando Leite managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cipoal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Fernando Leite was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cipoal's Manoel Netto got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Giuseppe Schmidt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92ndth minute of the game Luís Eduardo de Barros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cipoal's Natã Guedes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Giuseppe Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Giuseppe Schmidt made a precise shot to the right of Natã Guedes. Cipoal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. When the match was over Se Prejudique FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cipoal throughout the match.
