Tomás Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 4 minutes into the game, Jaime Paraibano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uraricoera SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flumed FC the free kick. After 4 played minutes Uraricoera SS got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Paraibano. After a rather tough play, Uraricoera SS's Jaime Paraibano got a free kick in the 9th minute. Fred Nunes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 10th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Tomás Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitório Donato having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Souza in the 17th minute of play forced Uraricoera SS's goalkeeper Vitório Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Uraricoera SS's Washington Faria got a free kick in the 26th minute. Vitório Donato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Nunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Uraricoera SS's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Nunes came free, but Vitório Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 played minutes Flumed FC got a freekick which was hit by Joélson Peixoto. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Augusto Nunes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flumed FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Nunes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vitório Donato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Paraibano to strike the kick off in the second half. Augusto Nunes took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vitório Donato. Vitório Donato dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 58 minutes of play Uraricoera SS's Jaime Paraibano was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Tomás Neves struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Vitório Donato didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Flumed FC. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Flumed FC's goalkeeper Ronaldo Aguiar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luís Fernando de Amorim hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Uraricoera SS's Vitório Donato got control of the ball when Augusto Nunes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uraricoera SS's Fellipe Rosado got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Tomás Neves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Flumed FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
