Cacá Arantes was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Natã de Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Cacá Arantes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maicon Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Flávio Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Téo Donatello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Róbson Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Rodolfo Furtado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Róbson Schmidt in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Téo Donatello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Téo Donatello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flávio Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Rodolfo Furtado hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Elisiario's Natã de Castro got his second yellow card of the match in the 34th minute. The referee ordered Natã de Castro off the ground. In the 35th minute, Natã de Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manoel Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Cacá Arantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

If Rodolfo Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Maicon Pereira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flávio Castro struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Téo Donatello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elisiario. Manoel Simão blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cacá Arantes having to make a save. Róbson Schmidt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Téo Donatello made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Atlético Paranaense MZ's Emanuel da Rocha got a free kick in the 75th minute. If Róbson Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Humberto Loureiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Atlético Paranaense MZ's Falcão de Azevedo got a free kick in the 85th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Elisiario's goal looked a bit too open when Manoel Simão came free, but Cacá Arantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Róbson Schmidt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Téo Donatello read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
