Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Salome FC's zone, Humberto Rodrigues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manfredo Guimarães came out of the goal and Humberto Rodrigues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chico Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Eliseu Vasconcelos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Salome FC's Manfredo Guimarães. Manfredo Guimarães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th match minute, Salome FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juninho Machado to maneuver through the defense. Manfredo Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseu Vasconcelos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manfredo Guimarães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseu Vasconcelos's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Henrique Diniz's late challenge caught a Siqueira F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henrique Diniz helped the player get up and apologised. After 20 played minutes Salome FC got a freekick which was hit by Henrique Diniz. If Nilmar Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, Salome FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu Vasconcelos came free, but Manfredo Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Chico Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nilmar Fernandes might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavinho Leal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliseu Vasconcelos made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique Diniz in the 52nd minute of play forced Siqueira F.C's goalkeeper Flavinho Leal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavinho Leal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chico Zonta in the 55th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Róbson Alagoano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Siqueira F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salome FC the free kick. In the 60th match minute, Siqueira F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbson Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. Manfredo Guimarães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseu Vasconcelos's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, Siqueira F.C's Ivo Vidal got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The audience was convinced that Eliseu Vasconcelos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manfredo Guimarães was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Eliseu Vasconcelos sped through Salome FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Manfredo Guimarães.
