Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ronaldo Pereira kicked off to start the match. In the 4th play minute Jarbas Novaes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Celso Couto. 1-0. Luiz Eduardo Travassos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Paulo Matorin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmílson de Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. After 21 played minutes Grifo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Tande. After 22 played minutes, Osorio EC's Fabrício Negri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Celso Couto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Osorio EC reached it. After 22 played minutes Grifo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Aguiar. Celso Couto made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Victor Dracena sent off a good shot on target. Ronaldo Pereira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute of the game, Charles Soares landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 25 minutes into the game, Ramón Diniz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grifo F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Osorio EC the free kick. In the 26th match minute, Grifo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramón Diniz to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Grifo F.C.'s Celso Couto got control of the ball when Victor Dracena tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Osorio EC's goalkeeper Paulo Matorin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Victor Dracena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Celso Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Dracena got free with Celso Couto in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 38 minutes into the match, Grifo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jarbas Novaes came free, but Celso Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victor Dracena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Couto having to interfere. Victor Dracena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmílson de Queirós stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Grifo F.C.'s Luiz Eduardo Travassos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paulo Matorin. That made the score 2-1 after 52 minutes of play. Edmílson de Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Matorin having to interfere. Celso Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Dracena in the 57th minute of play. Victor Dracena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Celso Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 minutes of play, Osorio EC's Victor Dracena made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celso Couto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Celso Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarbas Novaes in the 73rd minute of the match. When Osorio EC's Victor Dracena in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grifo F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Jarbas Novaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Grifo F.C. getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Ramón Diniz hit a great ball. After 78 played minutes Osorio EC got a freekick which was hit by Vitinho Massa. If Luiz Eduardo Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Edmílson de Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celso Couto came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Osorio EC's Victor Dracena. But to his dismay, Victor Dracena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Doriva Dracena during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Osorio EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Edmílson de Queirós scored to the left of an out of position Paulo Matorin, making the score, 5-2. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Osorio EC had played much better football throughout.
