Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ronaldo Pereira took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5thth minute of the game Ronaldo Pereira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Catunda SS's Antônio Nogueira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 7th match minute, Osorio EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarbas Novaes to maneuver through the defense. When Osorio EC's Ronaldo Pereira in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Catunda SS's goalie prevented a goal. It was beautiful to see Catunda SS's Bernardo Guedes in action when he in the 19th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! With a little luck, Catunda SS's Antônio Nogueira got control of the ball when Victor Dracena tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antônio Nogueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Pereira in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Victor Dracena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Catunda SS's goalkeeper Antônio Nogueira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Danilo da Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After 35th play minutes Leopoldo Rosado shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Paulo Matorin and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 37th match minute, Osorio EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrício Negri to maneuver through the defense. After 40 minutes of play, Osorio EC's Victor Dracena made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antônio Nogueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Victor Dracena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when César Eger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Paulo Matorin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César Eger in the 53rd minute of the match. When Victor Dracena came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Osorio EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Dracena couldn't finish the play. Afonso Vidal hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Catunda SS's Antônio Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Pereira in the 63rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Catunda SS's Paulo Matorin threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from César Eger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Osorio EC's Paulo Matorin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Eger in the 66th minute of play. Ronaldo Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antônio Nogueira having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, Luizão Correia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Catunda SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Osorio EC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Catunda SS's Luizão Correia got a free kick in the 70th minute. Antônio Nogueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Dracena went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Osorio EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Leopoldo Rosado scored to the left of an out of position Paulo Matorin, making the score, 3-2. In the 88th minute Victor Dracena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antônio Nogueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Luizão Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
