Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Belmiro Magalhães got the match started through his kick off. Igapora FC's Duarte Damião got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the game, Benedito Machado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BOTAFOGO F.R's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Igapora FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of BOTAFOGO F.R:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Igapora FC:s goal. Armandinho Britto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belmiro Magalhães in the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the game, Igapora FC's Belmiro Magalhães nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armandinho Britto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Allan Dante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armandinho Britto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauã Moreira in the 24th minute of play. In the 26thth minute of the game Duarte Damião who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BOTAFOGO F.R's Armandinho Britto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Armandinho Britto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belmiro Magalhães in the 28th minute of the match. Armandinho Britto came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Igapora FC's Belmiro Magalhães. But to his dismay, Belmiro Magalhães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 39 minutes into the game, Igapora FC's Duarte Damião nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armandinho Britto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Armandinho Britto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Damião in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Belmiro Magalhães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Armandinho Britto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Duarte Damião's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. After the first half Igapora FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Valdo Paiva made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by BOTAFOGO F.R's Allan Dante. Duarte Damião received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Armandinho Britto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in BOTAFOGO F.R's zone, Belmiro Magalhães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armandinho Britto came out of the goal and Belmiro Magalhães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Belmiro Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Armandinho Britto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute of the match, Duarte Damião got a very nice opportunity to score, but Armandinho Britto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Duarte Damião sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, BOTAFOGO F.R's Armandinho Britto got control of the ball when Duarte Damião tried to sneak it across the goal line. Belmiro Magalhães who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Armandinho Britto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Belmiro Magalhães took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Armandinho Britto to make any attempt to save it. Armandinho Britto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belmiro Magalhães in the 86th minute of play. Belmiro Magalhães took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armandinho Britto. Armandinho Britto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. When the match was over Igapora FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BOTAFOGO F.R throughout the match.
