Walmir Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remo Fonseca in the 7th minute of play forced Korrila F. C.'s goalkeeper Oscar Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amaniu SS's Mazinho de Mendonça got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Amaniu SS's goalkeeper Severino Guimarães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walmir Toscano. Mazinho de Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Oscar Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bebeto Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th match minute, Amaniu SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Negri to maneuver through the defense. Bebeto Guedes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Severino Guimarães when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bebeto Guedes struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Severino Guimarães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Korrila F. C.. In the 33rd minute Remo Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remo Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Amaniu SS's Mazinho de Mendonça sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar Senna narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oscar Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mazinho de Mendonça in the 46th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remo Fonseca in the 48th minute of play forced Korrila F. C.'s goalkeeper Oscar Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remo Fonseca made a kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Remo Fonseca tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Oscar Senna saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Korrila F. C.'s Narciso Coutinho got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Mazinho de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Amaniu SS's Remo Fonseca in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Korrila F. C.'s goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remo Fonseca in the 63rd minute of play forced Korrila F. C.'s goalkeeper Oscar Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remo Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Negri's late challenge caught a Korrila F. C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelo Negri helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd match minute, Amaniu SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Negri to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute Bebeto Guedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Amaniu SS getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Angelo Negri hit a great ball. Carlos Eduardo Cordeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Bebeto Guedes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Guimarães having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Walmir Toscano notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Amaniu SS's Severino Guimarães. Severino Guimarães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th match minute, Korrila F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moisés Rossi to maneuver through the defense. After 91 played minutes Amaniu SS got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Eduardo Cordeiro. Walmir Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Guimarães having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Korrila F. C.'s Bebeto Guedes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severino Guimarães narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Korrila F. C. support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
