Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) A collision led to Sampaio Correia F.C getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Willian Furtado hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Amaniu SS's Leonel Azevedo got a free kick in the 10th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Willian Furtado notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Amaniu SS's Severino Guimarães. Severino Guimarães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Armindo Schmidt came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Sampaio Correia F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armindo Schmidt couldn't finish the play. Paulão Mazza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Severino Guimarães. Amaniu SS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Severino Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlinhos de Castro in the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Amaniu SS's goal looked a bit too open when Willian Furtado came free, but Severino Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adhemar Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remo Fonseca in the 28th minute of play. Willian Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amaniu SS's Severino Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tymoteusz Waselewicz in the 31st minute of play. Willian Furtado struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Severino Guimarães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sampaio Correia F.C. When Sampaio Correia F.C's Willian Furtado in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Amaniu SS's goalie prevented a goal. Mazinho de Mendonça's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Adhemar Pitta firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Sampaio Correia F.C's Wilson Vieira got a free kick in the 39th minute. Severino Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willian Furtado in the 45th minute of play. Willian Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 47th minute, Armindo Schmidt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remo Fonseca made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Amaniu SS's goal looked a bit too open when Willian Furtado came free, but Severino Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severino Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilson Vieira in the 61st minute of play. Willian Furtado might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severino Guimarães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Willian Furtado ran back to his position shaking his head. Severino Guimarães made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Tymoteusz Waselewicz sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Eduardo Cordeiro hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Willian Furtado had several of the Amaniu SS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 73 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Severino Guimarães as he didn't even see the shot coming. 80 minutes into the match, Sampaio Correia F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Remo Fonseca came free, but Adhemar Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Amaniu SS's zone, Willian Furtado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Guimarães came out of the goal and Willian Furtado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Willian Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 86 minutes, Durvalino Pontes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sampaio Correia F.C and the Amaniu SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Durvalino Pontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adhemar Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remo Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Amaniu SS's goal looked a bit too open when Wilson Vieira came free, but Severino Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sampaio Correia F.C's Willian Furtado in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Amaniu SS's goalie prevented a goal. The Amaniu SS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sampaio Correia F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
