Carlos Alberto da Fonseca started the match with the kick off. Benjamin Novaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bebeto Nóbrega having to interfere. If Carlos Alberto da Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Josué Lara's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Bebeto Nóbrega skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Carlos Alberto da Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Gabriel Lopez having to interfere. Fabiano Eger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Tiago Gabriel Lopez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Alberto da Fonseca succeeded in the game's 22nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Bebeto Nóbrega stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Josué Lara's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Fabiano Eger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Gabriel Lopez having to interfere. If Benjamin Novaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Josué Lara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bebeto Nóbrega was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Percival Valladares succeeded in the game's 46th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Josué Lara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Benjamin Novaes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Carlos Alberto da Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bebeto Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Novaes, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Peripa EC's Fabiano Eger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiago Gabriel Lopez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alex Rezende charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Rezende the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 66 played minutes Mamoria AD got a freekick which was hit by Alex Rezende. When Fabiano Eger got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Peripa EC. In the 73rd minute Carlos Alberto da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Gabriel Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 played minutes Mamoria AD got a freekick which was hit by Zé Pedro Catarinense. Fabiano Eger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Zé Pedro Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Peripa EC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Novaes came free, but Bebeto Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mamoria AD's Josué Lara in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peripa EC's goalie prevented a goal. After 94th play minutes Josué Lara shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Bebeto Nóbrega and just under the crossbar into goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
