Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pedrinho Veiga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafim Urbano in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Rocha saved Correias from getting behind. After having played for 8 minutes, Dito Vides managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Biguassu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dito Vides was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. João Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafim Urbano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedrinho Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda Félix having to interfere. Eriberto Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Rocha having to interfere. After 25 played minutes Pedrinho Veiga rounded Biguassu FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Dino Pontes charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dino Pontes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Correias's Dino Pontes got a free kick in the 34th minute. João Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafim Urbano in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Paulão Torres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Correias's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Biguassu FC the free kick. The supporters of Biguassu FC booed when Correias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulão Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Paulo Guerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Duda Félix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafim Urbano was the one to do the kick off. Duda Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonsinho Hames in the 51st minute of play. Patrick Penha hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, Gilmar Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Biguassu FC's zone, Zé Paulo Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duda Félix came out of the goal and Zé Paulo Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Duda Félix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The supporters of Correias booed when Biguassu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Nunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute Zé Paulo Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duda Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Paulo Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
