In the 13th minute of the match Nando Abraão sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Luiz Nascimento skillfully saved the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Rafa Britto notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Jauarete FC's Nico Azevedo. Nico Azevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rafa Britto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Nico Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Jauarete FC defense, Júlio Breckenfeld kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nico Azevedo. The Jauarete FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nico Azevedo should have stopped the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Jauarete FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafa Britto came free, but Nico Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rafa Britto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeferson Severo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafa Britto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nico Azevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ediberto Campidelis to strike the kick off in the second half. When Jauarete FC's Ediberto Campidelis in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Tabao FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 63 minutes into the game, Cristóvão Teles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tabao FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jauarete FC the free kick. Cristóvão Teles hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The referee gave Jauarete FC a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nando Abraão, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tabao FC's Pedro Luiz Nascimento. 1-4. In the 72nd match minute, Jauarete FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiliam Furtado to maneuver through the defense. Nico Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeferson Severo, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Rafa Britto succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 84th playminute. In the 88thth minute of the game Jeferson Severo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jauarete FC's Nico Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafa Britto got free with Nico Azevedo in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tabao FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
