After 3 played minutes Alcidio FC got a freekick which was hit by Valdir Meira. If Doni Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olívio Paranaense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doni Branco, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Olívio Paranaense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doni Branco went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Doni Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Alcidio FC's zone, Allan Brito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisão Miranda came out of the goal and Allan Brito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elder da Silveira made in the 29th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Allan Brito. After 34 minutes, Doni Branco made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Torcida's Olívio Paranaense tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Doni Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Allan Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisão Miranda having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Alcidio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Túlio Mello to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kléberson Palmeira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doni Branco got free with Olívio Paranaense in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 59 played minutes Torcida got a freekick which was hit by Vivaldo Prado. In the 60th minute, Valdir Meira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doni Branco struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Olívio Paranaense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alcidio FC. In the 69th minute, Doni Branco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Doni Branco was extremely unlucky when he, in the 70th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kléberson Palmeira during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 78 played minutes Torcida got a freekick which was hit by Kléberson Palmeira. When Túlio Mello came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Alcidio FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Túlio Mello couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Doni Branco reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Olívio Paranaense. The goal made the score 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Doni Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alcidio FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Doni Branco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olívio Paranaense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olavo Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olívio Paranaense having to interfere. Valdir Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The Torcida supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Alcidio FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Alcidio FC.
