Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dráuzio da Fonseca kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Alcidio FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Valdir Meira hit a great ball. In the 4th minute of the match Marcelinho Mello shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luisão Miranda showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Célio Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laércio Tróia during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of Timboteua EC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Alcidio FC:s goal. Vinícius Azevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doni Branco went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Doni Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caco Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vinícius Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doni Branco in the 22nd minute of the match. Luisão Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dráuzio da Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luisão Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmílson Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After a rather tough play, Alcidio FC's Ademar Baptista got a free kick in the 26th minute. The throw-in from Gernando Nunes in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Alcidio FC's Valdir Meira. Olavo Fontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Vinícius Azevedo managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Alcidio FC's Doni Branco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vinícius Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doni Branco in the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to Alcidio FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Valdir Meira hit a great ball. In the 46th minute of the match Marcelinho Mello sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luisão Miranda skillfully saved the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 60 minutes, Valdir Meira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alcidio FC and the Timboteua EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Timboteua EC booed when Alcidio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdir Meira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Marcelinho Mello sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Alcidio FC's Luisão Miranda didn't even have to move. When Ademar Baptista fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alcidio FC's protests and gave Ademar Baptista a yellow card for diving instead. Marcelinho Mello took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luisão Miranda. Alcidio FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vinícius Azevedo came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Alcidio FC's Doni Branco. But to his dismay, Doni Branco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 67th minute Caco Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisão Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute Doni Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinícius Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 minutes, Doni Branco made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Timboteua EC's Vinícius Azevedo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Doni Branco charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Doni Branco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Alcidio FC's Doni Branco got a free kick in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Timboteua EC's goal looked a bit too open when Doni Branco came free, but Vinícius Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doni Branco struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Vinícius Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alcidio FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doni Branco in the 82nd minute of play forced Timboteua EC's goalkeeper Vinícius Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Doni Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alcidio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doni Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Timboteua EC's goalkeeper Vinícius Azevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Doni Branco came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Alcidio FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doni Branco couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd match minute, Alcidio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Túlio Mello to maneuver through the defense. Alcidio FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
