Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rui Guimarães took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 9th minute, Galo Futebol Show™'s Rui Guimarães ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ciro Dantas. Ciro Dantas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Košnik got free with Ciro Dantas in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ciro Dantas made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Arnaldo Košnik sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Guimarães in the 20th minute of play forced Taboquinho AD's goalkeeper Ciro Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Abel Magalhães came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Taboquinho AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Magalhães couldn't finish the play. Ciro Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rui Guimarães's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. 40 minutes into the game, Gilmar Vianna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Taboquinho AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galo Futebol Show™ the free kick. Gilmar Vianna hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hortêncio Santana in the 47th minute of play forced Galo Futebol Show™'s goalkeeper Gilberto Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hortêncio Santana made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Magalhães got free with Gilberto Vale in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The nice shot from Abel Magalhães in the 53rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Gilberto Vale had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. The audience was convinced that Rui Guimarães's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciro Dantas was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Taboquinho AD's Hortêncio Santana slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gilberto Vale. That made the score 1-1 after 62 minutes of play. With his leg Gilberto Vale managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Taboquinho AD's Abel Magalhães fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rui Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Galo Futebol Show™'s Gilberto Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hortêncio Santana in the 73rd minute of play. Hortêncio Santana hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Galo Futebol Show™'s goalkeeper Gilberto Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurinho Cosme. Gilberto Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hortêncio Santana in the 87th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Galo Futebol Show™'s goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Santana came free, but Gilberto Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 93 minutes, Abel Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taboquinho AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abel Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Galo Futebol Show™ players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
