The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldo Moreira got free with Hudson Fernandes in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 16 minutes into the match, Cadete EC's goal looked a bit too open when Iuri Domingues came free, but Baltazar Severo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Clube Bahiano Tênis's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Moreira came free, but Hudson Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Moreira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hudson Fernandes. Clube Bahiano Tênis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Moreira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.
