Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sidney Furlan made the kick off which started today's match. João Pedro Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Paquevira's Agenor Pena tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Sidney Furlan might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gino Favoretto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sidney Furlan ran back to his position shaking his head. Giovani Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Gino Favoretto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Cajueirinho SS's Sidney Furlan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gino Favoretto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sidney Furlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gino Favoretto having to interfere. Sidney Furlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Giovani Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Gino Favoretto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22ndth minute of the game Sidney Furlan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paquevira's Gino Favoretto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edvaldo Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giovani Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Gino Favoretto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Cajueirinho SS's João Pedro Vale sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gino Favoretto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gino Favoretto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidney Furlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Paquevira's goal looked a bit too open when Sidney Furlan came free, but Gino Favoretto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Paquevira's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Glauco Braga was slow to take the kick. During this time Cajueirinho SS's players had a chance to rest. Giovani Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gino Favoretto having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Vladimir da Silveira made the kick off in the second half. If Sidney Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafim Coutinho charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafim Coutinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th minute, one of Paquevira:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Paquevira. Sidney Furlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Gino Favoretto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Giovani Secco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giovani Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gino Favoretto having to interfere. After 78 played minutes Paquevira got a freekick which was hit by Agenor Pena. In the 79th minute, Paquevira's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Glauco Braga fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Paquevira's zone, Sidney Furlan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gino Favoretto came out of the goal and Sidney Furlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Giovani Secco reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gino Favoretto. The goal made the score 0-2. In the last second Gino Favoretto throw himself and got hold of the ball when Sidney Furlan in the 92ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With a little luck, Paquevira's Gino Favoretto got control of the ball when Giovani Secco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sidney Furlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Gino Favoretto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sidney Furlan came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Cajueirinho SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sidney Furlan couldn't finish the play. The Paquevira fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cajueirinho SS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
