Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Severino Quaresma got the match started through his kick off. Toninho Loureiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luís Eduardo Mangueira was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 7th minute. Acegua's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Acegua's Toninho Loureiro in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Amparo F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Agenor Senna was a little too slow when Toninho Loureiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. Célio de Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Raúl Corrêa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, Acegua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toninho Loureiro to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 26 in the game by Toninho Loureiro from a close distance when the talented Agenor Senna managed to make a qualified save. Amparo F.C's players were relieved. Luís Eduardo Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Acegua's zone, Célio de Toledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raúl Corrêa came out of the goal and Célio de Toledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nando Bittencourt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toninho Loureiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Agenor Senna came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Acegua's Luís Eduardo Mangueira. But to his dismay, Luís Eduardo Mangueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Luís Eduardo Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Agenor Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agenor Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toninho Loureiro in the 66th minute of play. Agenor Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toninho Loureiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toninho Loureiro in the 75th minute of play forced Amparo F.C's goalkeeper Agenor Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raúl Corrêa was a little too slow when Severino Quaresma got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 2-2. After a rather tough play, Amparo F.C's Agnaldo Loureiro got a free kick in the 85th minute. Osmar Toscano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Agenor Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Amparo F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Toninho Loureiro came free, but Agenor Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Eduardo Mangueira in the 93rd minute of play forced Amparo F.C's goalkeeper Agenor Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Toninho Loureiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agenor Senna was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
