Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edinho Vides kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Edinho Vides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Augusto Mandrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Penha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvaldo Mesquita in the 11th minute of play forced Agrestina AD's goalkeeper Vladimir Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Afonso Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Robinho Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Araguana SC's goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Mandrak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michel Penha. Vladimir Mattos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvaldo Mesquita, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When Araguana SC's Robinho Fernandez in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Agrestina AD's goalie prevented a goal. In the 23rd minute, Roberto Bastos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the game, Edinho Vides was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Agrestina AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Araguana SC the free kick. The supporters of Agrestina AD booed when Araguana SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Pedro Bueno didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Michel Penha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edinho Vides in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Augusto Mandrak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edinho Vides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 47 minutes, Michel Penha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agrestina AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michel Penha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

João Pedro Bueno charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Pedro Bueno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Araguana SC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. João Pedro Bueno hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Edinho Vides put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Carlos Augusto Mandrak. The crowd rose to their feet as Araguana SC's Edvaldo Mesquita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vladimir Mattos. That made the score 1-1 after 58 minutes of play. After some careless play in the Araguana SC defense, Edinho Vides kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Augusto Mandrak. The Araguana SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Augusto Mandrak should have stopped the shot. After 70 played minutes Edvaldo Mesquita rounded Agrestina AD's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. When Araguana SC's Edvaldo Mesquita in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Agrestina AD's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvaldo Mesquita in the 85th minute of play forced Agrestina AD's goalkeeper Vladimir Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Augusto Mandrak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edinho Vides in the 91st minute of the match. The Araguana SC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
