Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arneiroz EC's Rafael Oliveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Arneiroz EC from getting a goal against them. After 17 played minutes Itaipe got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Lara. If Jano Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Oliveira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elano Machado went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Doriva da Silveira struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Carlos Eduardo Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arneiroz EC. Doriva da Silveira might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Eduardo Toledo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Doriva da Silveira ran back to his position shaking his head. Jano Negri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Doriva da Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arneiroz EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Doriva da Silveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Eduardo Toledo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jano Negri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Rafael Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doriva da Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Arneiroz EC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Falcão Pitta hit a great ball. Arneiroz EC's Rafael Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jano Negri in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute Luciano Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduardo Marinho in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Eduardo Toledo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 67th minute, Anselmo Alagoano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itaipe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 73rd minute Anselmo Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 75 minutes, Jano Negri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itaipe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jano Negri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Falcão Pitta kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Luiz Fernando Moraes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafael Oliveira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute, Raphael Lara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Oliveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Doriva da Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Carlos Eduardo Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
