Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Natã Coutinho started the match with the kick off. Waldir da Costa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlinhos Mello in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the game, Acajutiba's Vicente dos Santos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sandrinho Prado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 15th minute Vicente dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandrinho Prado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandrinho Prado having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Josué Messias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ori SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Acajutiba the free kick. The supporters of Acajutiba booed when Ori SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josué Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Ori SC's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente dos Santos came free, but Sandrinho Prado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Waldir da Costa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 29th minute, Vicente dos Santos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Acajutiba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Vicente dos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acajutiba's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente dos Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandrinho Prado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josué Messias in the 36th minute of play forced Acajutiba's goalkeeper Waldir da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Vicente dos Santos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sandrinho Prado was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. 42 minutes into the match, Carlinhos Mello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waldir da Costa. Acajutiba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlinhos Mello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Sandrinho Prado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Ori SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Acajutiba were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vicente dos Santos was the one to do the kick off. Acajutiba's Giovani Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andrézinho Moreno hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ori SC's zone, Duarte Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandrinho Prado came out of the goal and Duarte Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Giovani Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acajutiba's supporters rose to their feet, but Giovani Torres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandrinho Prado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlinhos Mello during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 63 played minutes Ori SC got a freekick which was hit by Carlinhos Mello. Vicente dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandrinho Prado having to interfere. Vicente dos Santos struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Sandrinho Prado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acajutiba. Vicente dos Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Sandrinho Prado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Giovani Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acajutiba's supporters rose to their feet, but Giovani Torres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 88th minute Carlinhos Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir da Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldir da Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué Messias in the 89th minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Natã Coutinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Waldir da Costa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Ori SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Acajutiba were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
