After 3 played minutes Pains got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Salgado. After 5 minutes, Estebano Calzada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pains and the Umiris players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Pains was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Estebano Calzada to maneuver through the defense. If Evaristo Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Umiris's Percival Amorim got a free kick in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Evaristo Varela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Naldo da Cunha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Evaristo Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. After 25 minutes of play, Pains's Armandinho Mumbach made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Naldo da Cunha was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st match minute, Umiris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percival Amorim to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomás Lago during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The wind increased when Armandinho Mumbach made the kick off in the second half. If Yan Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Umiris's Percival Amorim got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Evaristo Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomás Lago struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Pedro Melo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Umiris. Naldo da Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 played minutes Pains got a freekick which was hit by João Pedro Neves. Pedro Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Lago, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After a rather tough play, Pains's Ulysses Guedes got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute, Fernando Salgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belmiro Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Armandinho Mumbach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Evaristo Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 75 played minutes Umiris got a freekick which was hit by Yan Rodrigues. After a rather tough play, Umiris's Gino Damião got a free kick in the 77th minute. Naldo da Cunha came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Pains's João Pedro Neves. But to his dismay, João Pedro Neves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Armandinho Mumbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pains walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
