Willian Miranda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wilian Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germano Fonseca in the 22nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Téo Urbano in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Willian Miranda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Chiniqua SS's Luiz Guilherme Galvão got a free kick in the 27th minute. If Cristian Matorin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Buchicho booed when Chiniqua SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Matorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cauan Martins fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buchicho's protests and gave Cauan Martins a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Buchicho getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Cauan Martins hit a great ball. When Téo Urbano got free in front of the goal in the 36th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Willian Miranda was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Virgílio Quadros fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buchicho's protests and gave Virgílio Quadros a yellow card for diving instead. Virgílio Quadros kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Anderson Cavalcante sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Buchicho's Willian Miranda didn't even have to move. César Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Chiniqua SS's Anderson Cavalcante tried to score from far away in the 50th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Germano Fonseca made the kick off in the second half. When Cristian Matorin came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Chiniqua SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Matorin couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Téo Urbano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chiniqua SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Téo Urbano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Willian Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Téo Urbano in the 70th minute of play forced Buchicho's goalkeeper Willian Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Buchicho booed when Chiniqua SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Matorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germano Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Germano Fonseca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilian Perez was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. If Filipe Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chiniqua SS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
