Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zacarias Meireles got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvinho de Medeiros got free with Douglas Sá in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute of the match, Luís Gustavo do Vale tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Douglas Sá saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jaracatia's Douglas Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardinho Carvalho in the 16th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardinho Carvalho made a kick off. Douglas Sá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardinho Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serginho de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugênio Silveira having to interfere. Zacarias Meireles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Eugênio Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Jaracatia's goalkeeper Douglas Sá, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Douglas Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho Carvalho in the 64th minute of play. After 65 minutes of play, Munim SS's Silvinho de Medeiros made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Douglas Sá was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Munim SS's Silvinho de Medeiros in 72 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Douglas Sá made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Munim SS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jaracatia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
