Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jean Lucas in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Tinoco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Lucas in the 8th minute of play forced Bertopolis FC's goalkeeper Celso Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bertopolis FC! In the 15th minute, Sandrinho Perez made a precise shot to the right of Celso Tinoco. Bertopolis FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Celso Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Saraiva in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Yuri Saraiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, Luiz Guilherme Mumbach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fla Falkões F-4's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Guilherme Mumbach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celso Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Lucas in the 27th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Jean Lucas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fla Falkões F-4 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Bertopolis FC's Celso Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandrinho Perez in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute Remo de Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Célio Vieira was the one to do the kick off. Vicente Cerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Carlos Eduardo Eger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A very good chance. Jean Lucas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Celso Tinoco came out and tried to block the shot, but Jean Lucas slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 78th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Jean Lucas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Celso Tinoco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jean Lucas got free with Celso Tinoco in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fla Falkões F-4 played a much better game than Bertopolis FC and deserved their victory. The Bertopolis FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
