Edinho Mangueira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zé Roberto Batista showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Roberto Batista made a kick off. Abelardo Correia scored 2-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edinho Mangueira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 56th match minute, São Sebastião FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hudson Baptista to maneuver through the defense. Zé Roberto Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Edinho Mangueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th match minute, Marangua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doni Maia to maneuver through the defense. When Eriberto Prado fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marangua's protests and gave Eriberto Prado a yellow card for diving instead. Edinho Mangueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geraldo Moreno in the 84th minute of play. Valdomiro Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Geraldo Moreno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edinho Mangueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0.
