Ricardo Galvão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Delfim Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aírton Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Urbano having to interfere. Orizona's Valério Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aírton Proença received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Lino Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valério Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Delfim Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aírton Proença stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anajas EC were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Orizona's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Geovanni Pitta took the corner. Geovanni Pitta made a great header on Anajas EC's corner, it was just that Orizona's Lino Urbano managed to reach the ball for a save. Luiz Cosme struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Lino Urbano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anajas EC. Lino Urbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Cosme, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Valério Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th match minute, Orizona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamim Abraão to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valério Marques in the 90th minute of play forced Anajas EC's goalkeeper Delfim Pires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Orizona walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
